What do you guys think of this shotgun compared to Mossberg 500/590/590A1, Remington 870 Wingmaster/Police?

I know they don't make them any more. I know it was made in the U.S. and now has been re-branded as the FN Police pump gun.

18-1/2" barrel. Aluminum alloy receiver. Rotating bolt action. Extended mag tube holds 7+1. Takes 2-3/4" or 3" shells. All black. All business.

Can someone confirm that it cycles the Aguila mini-shells reliably?

I have the 870 (all black all biz) with the ext. mag tube, and I have a Winchester 1300, as well.
The only thing that has ever gummed them up was that worthless Fiocchi crap.
Stay the hell away from it, and you'll be good to go. It takes a lot to jam up a good pump.

Don't have pics of my Winchester, but I'll go grab my 870 from photobucket...

The forearm design is a little different...but they're pretty similar.
I also have the 1300 Ranger for Trap. (28" barrel)
Here's the 870:

Nice. Can't go wrong with a Remington 870.

A question about the saiga 12 ga, I see them at the gun shows for about $550 out the door. Basically a ak that shoots 12 ga with a large capacity mag. Any one own one, is it dependable??

I bought one back in the 90s. I still have it. I've never been real impressed. I would absolutely not use one for self defense. They are cool, probably good for hunting, and decent for shooting slugs. You can fire fast and the recoil is low, and the gun is fairly lightweight. But the gun just isn't reliable when you go to reload or load the first round. It can jam up. It can be ammo sensitive too. I would avoid it for non-sporting purposes. If you want one for hunting though, its fantastic for the price. It's light weight, easy to carry, and the recoil won't rough you up. Also you can drop it in the mud and do the other things associated with an AK so you won't break it.
